The final goddess in the series is LAKSHMI!
You cant have transformation without sustainability. She is the sweetness of life that is never far on the path to realization. Health, wealth, virtue and happiness are all included. However she does not represent the grasping at wealth but the wealth that is inherent in realization of what we truly need and who we truly are. She embodies Dharma (Purity), Artha (Prosperity), Kama (Perfection) and Mukti (Freedom from all bondages) – this is the stage of completion. She is the fruit of life and she inspires us to live it well, fully and in our truth!!
Mystic Flow is all about connecting with that divine power we have within ourselves. We will be exploring their stories, their chants, Pranayama, sacred movement and Meditation in a vinyasa style class.
This is not just an education but an experience of these qualities embodied in all of us! come meet the divine in you !
