Mystic Flow is a series of flow workshops in which we will dive in to 4 of the primary goddesses in the yoga tradition.
The next one is SARASWATI the great muse ! She is the divine inspiration that we are all touched with! Dedicating practice to her you are choosing to dive in to the expression of your full inspired nature. She is the mother of Vedas & knowledge, music, craft, wisdom, arts & of course auspiciousness! She is that liberated voice of expression, that Divine inspiration. That PURE goddess Shakti energy that makes the world the gorgeous creative place it is!! This makes me think she might be Italian :)
Mystic Flow is all about connecting with that divine power we have within ourselves. We will be exploring their stories, their chants, Pranayama, sacred movement and Meditation in a vinyasa style class.
This is not just an education but an experience of these qualities embodied in all of us! come meet the divine in you !
